The Hills Summerlin

The Hills located in Las Vegas, Summerlin is a 400 acre residential village featuring single and multi family homes. It is most known for its glorious tree-lined streets, walking trails, and views.

The Hills Park features a park center that is owned and operated by the City of Las Vegas. The park has many amenities such as tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, half-court basketball, fountains, children's playground and picnic pavilions.

The Willows Homes

The Willows is one of the larger Summerlin villages at 731 acres.  Potential residents will have a wide selection of housing options, including single and multi-family homes and custom home neighborhoods. For those looking for interim housing, there are several luxury apartment complexes.

In the Summerlin tradition, the community is centered around The Willows Park. Residents can enjoy lighted baseball and little league fields, a lighted basketball court, children's play area and of course, The Willows Community Center. Ridgebrook

The Summerlin village of Ridgebrook is the smallest village to date, spanning a mere 100 acres. Construction commenced back in 2001 and only resale properties are now available. Ridgebrook is located off Desert Inn Road abutting the I215 Beltway in zip code 89135, making getting around the valley easy for residents. The center piece of the community is the six acre Ridgebrook park which offers a wide range of outdoor activities including an interactive water play area.
Ridgebrook Homes

There are four single family neighborhoods in Ridgebrook: Southstar, Granite Peaks, Sunset Ridge and Echo Ridge. The Ridges

One of the most desirable neighborhoods in the country (Forbes 2004), The Ridges at Summerlin is one of the most exclusive golf meccas in the Southwest. The community is located just off of Desert Inn Road and west of Flamingo Road, the Ridges spans 800 acres. Residents of the The Ridges enjoy stunning views of the moutains, valley and Las Vegas. Home to Bear's Best Las Vegas golf course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus, many residents enjoy views of the fairways as well.

The Ridges is currently home to seven custom neighborhoods, Arrowhead, Promontory, Redhawk, Rimrock, Falcon Ridge, The Pointe and Azure. There are two semi-custom home neighborhoods Topaz Ridge built by William Lyon Homes and Boulder Ridge built by Christopher Homes. For those individuals that are looking for a smaller residence, there is the Toll Brothers Fairway Hills Townhomes community. Majority of the custom home lots have been sold. Only Azure and Falcon Ridge still have custom home lots for sale as of this date.
Ridges Custom Home Neighborhoods

The Arrowhead neighborhood consists of 25 custom homes on ½ acre lots with golf course frontage on holes 10, 11 and 15. All homes are at least 4,000 square feet (single story) or at least 5,000 for two story homes. Some home sites have a split level design. The community is also gated and has its own private park.

Promontory was the first neighborhood built in the The Ridges. There are a total of 59 custom homes, some with views of the golf course. Residents enjoy their own private park and walking trails. All homes are at least 3,000 square feet.

Redhawk is the second largest neighborhood in the Ridges located in the heart of the community. There are 82 custom homes in the community started at 3,000 square feet. Residents enjoy a their own private park and entry to the community is gated. The community is surrounded by golf course and many homes enjoy views of the fairways and the nearby mountains.

Rimrock is an intimate, gated neighborhood of 22 homes at the very western border of The Ridges backing up to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. All homes are at least 4,000 square feet and some have views of 12th hole of Bear's Best golf course.

The Pointe is a smallest neighborhood in The Ridges with just 13 homes, making it the most intimate community available. The Paseos village is one of the smaller villages in Summerlin at 375 acres. The village is located west of the I-215 beltway between Alta Drive and Charleston Boulevard in zip code 89138. One of the highlights of the village is the centrally located Paseos linear park which spans the community. As with other Summerlin villages, the Paseos has its own unique architectural style. All homes and condos are designed in a Hacienda/Mission style, making extensive use of outdoor living spaces as well as portals, arches and arcades. The village has 14 residential single family home neighborhoods and a gated condominium community, Coronado. Most of the neighborhoods are situated around the community park or are connected by walking trails, giving the community an intimate, neighborly feel.

The Gardens

The Gardens is a gorgeous, intimate community located just off of Hualapai and Desert Inn in the master planned community of Summerlin. At 410 acres, it is one of the smaller Summerlin villages. The Gardens offers single family homes and condos (in the Garden Terrace community). Most residents are situated around a circle with commercial properties on the outer edges.

The majority of Gardens homes are grouped around a central loop around the Gardens park. In the Summerlin tradition, the Gardens park is the core of the village. The 20 acre park has three distinct areas. Residents can enjoy a variety of court games, community gardens and a large open lawn area, perfect for organized events or other community activities. Resales are usually not at plentiful as other Summerlin villages, due to the smaller community size.

The Gardens is also home to the Nevada Cancer institute, several commercial and retail centers offering dining and shopping. For families with school age children, there is also a private school for grades k through 8 focusing on traditional liberal arts.

Siena Real Estate

Siena is a 667 acre age restricted (50 and better) community located within the gorgeous masterplanned community of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada. Secluded behind a six-foot high masonry perimeter wall and manned gate-guarded entries are approximately 2,000 homes surrounding a Schmidt-Curley designed 18-hole championship golf course. Sun City Summerlin was Del Webb's first active adult community in the Las Vegas area. This village was completed in 1998 and is adjacent the I215 beltway and Summerlin Parkway. The community is managed by its own community association and is age restricted.

It is a true adult only community. All Sun City Summerlin homes must have a resident that is at least 55 and there can't be any permanent residents under the age of 19.

Residents enjoy a wide range of golfing choices (3 semi private courses: The Highlands, The Palm and Eagle Crest), plus swimming, tennis, racquetball and  everything that Summerlin has to offer. Excellent shopping, dining and entertainment options are just minutes away.
Sun City Summerlin Homes

This is one of largest villages in Summerlin, spanning just over 2,500 acres. Sun City Summerlin is home to over 14,000 residents. The Mesa

The Mesa village is located in the southern most tip of Summerlin, adjacent to Siena. The community spans 500 acres featuring single-family home neighborhoods.  Residents enjoy easy freeway access as well as great local dining, shopping and entertainment.
